The quick summary of my recommendation is that I give Rob a higher recommendation than would be shown on any scale. Our experience with Rob is based on the work that he did for us in connection with the remodeling of our master bathroom and laundry room.
I found his work to be outstanding in all of the following ways:
- The quality of Rob’s workmanship and attention to detail is outstanding
- In addition to the work we hired him to complete, Rob also provides excellent advice about how the work should be done to assure the quality and longevity of the finished project
- Meticulous clean up always follows his day’s work
- Rob is even helpful with projects that are not related to his assigned work
- Rob is always pleasant with everyone when he is working on a project
- Rob assumes responsibility for his work if any issues arise in the course of his work
Some Examples of Rob’s Work that Produce this Level of Praise are:
- Rob suggested a better way to install the tile where it meets the tub deck than what we were planning to do
- Rob on his own volition installed material to help keep the corner grout from cracking
- Rob made sure that there was a consistent pattern in the tile
- Rob had a piece made for the linear drain that did not arrive with the drain and was on back order
- Rob made a saddle for the entry door to match the tile even though this was not part of his assignment
- Rob helped us place the tub and shower faucets even though this was not part of his responsibility
